Before our session, we'll have a detailed discussion about your objectives and the message you want to convey. Whether we're working in my comfortable studio or at a location of your choice, I'll expertly direct you to capture the most flattering facial expressions and positive body language. You can relax, knowing that I'll provide all the necessary guidance.

During the session, I'll connect the camera to a computer or iPad, allowing you to see your progress in real-time. It's incredible how motivated you'll feel when you see those initial shots!

After the session, we'll carefully review the images together, and you can choose your favorite ones. Depending on your chosen package, you'll receive a secure link to a folder with your high-quality JPEG photos. If retouching is included, simply let us know which images you'd like retouched via email.

Expect to receive the initial photo folder within 2 business days, and for retouched photos, please allow an additional 3 business days. Your perfect headshot is just around the corner!

You can trust me to ensure that your photo meets the necessary criteria for size, resolution, and file format. Failure to adhere to these requirements can lead to additional time, expenses, and, in some cases, rejection by the residency program.

Additional Information:

• You will have the opportunity to choose two of your favorite photos from the session.

• The entire session, from start to finish, typically lasts around 15 to 30 minutes.

• The selected photos will be formatted to meet ERAS specifications, including dimensions of 2.5 x 3.5 inches, a file size of 100 KB, and a resolution of 150 dpi. The background should be light or white in color.

• If you opt for additional photo retouching, there is an extra charge of $25 per photo.

• Natural Look: We maintain the authenticity of your photos; no retouching is applied by default. However, you have the option to request retouching for an additional charge of $25 per photo.

• Flexible Upgrade: If you decide to upgrade to the Standard Session during the shoot (based on time availability), you can do so.

• Effortless Photo Access: After the session, we provide a link to a folder containing all the photos you've selected, available in JPEG format for easy use.

• Enhanced Image Retouching: Select 5 photos for comprehensive retouching, encompassing color correction, editing, and minor blemish removal.

• Convenient Session Length: Our standard headshot session typically runs for approximately 60 minutes, offering an efficient experience.

• Additional Retouching Options: If you require additional retouched photos, they can be acquired at an additional cost of $25 each.

NOTE: There will be an additional fee of $75.00 for travel to either your place of business, residence, or other outside location.
